Available volunteer positions and internships

Hashomer Hatzair relies on the generosity and goodwill of our community and friends. As a non-profit organization, provider of independent youth services, and member of the Youth Council of Berlin, we are pleased to offer official volunteer positions and internships, as well as any other type of volunteer work.

• • We are still looking for support for our new activity room and the establishment of a secular Jewish education and cultural center in Berlin. People of all ages and qualifications are welcome to support us! More information – https://www.hashomer-hatzair.de/2024/ken-space-support/
  • Federal Volunteers (BFD) – paid internships and volunteer work starting at 6 months. Applications are accepted throughout the year. More information – https://www.hashomer-hatzair.de/bfd/
  • German-Israeli Volunteer Service (DIFD) – for Israeli volunteers, for a period of 6-12 months, beginning annually in March or September. More information – https://www.hashomer-hatzair.de/difd/
