Early Bird until 20 May for paying participants in the 2025/26 activity year.
Registration closes on 10 June or when places are filled.
The participation fee must be transferred within 7 days of registration.
Your place is only provisionally reserved once payment has been received.

The sibling discount (10%) and Early Bird offer can be combined.
Example: €450 + €405 = €855
Cancellation fees:
If my child does not attend the Machane, a cancellation fee is payable:
- For cancellations up to 60 days before departure: 10% of the participation fee
- For cancellations between 30 and 59 days before departure: 50% of the participation fee
- For cancellations between 14 and 29 days before departure: 80% of the participation fee
- Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of the participation fee
The date of receipt of the cancellation is decisive.

1. I understand that this activity is based on the values of Hashomer Hatzair – equality and non-discrimination. Therefore, all forms of oppression will not be tolerated (e.g. racism, sexism, ableism, etc.) and will be dealt with in accordance with their severity. I agree to participate in the collective efforts to create a safer space for the group.
2. I acknowledge that this is not a final confirmation of participation. If there are no more places available, the registration will be placed on the waiting list. I agree to print out the registration form that we will send with the final confirmation of registration and to confirm it with my handwritten signature.
3. As soon as the registration has been confirmed, I will transfer the deposit/participation fee per participant to the bank account specified above, at the latest one week later. I am aware of and accept the terms and conditions regarding cancellation fees.
4. I confirm that the details provided in this form are correct – and will be used internally by the organising team to prepare for the summer camp. The necessary funding-related forms will be signed upon arrival and registration in August. I agree that data requested by institutions funding this summer camp may be collected and used for funding reporting purposes.
