Participation fee

Standard participation fee per child: €120.00
Participation fee for Ken Berlin members who have paid the 2026/27 membership fee: €80.00
Sibling fee (Ken Berlin members): €60.00
Solidarity contribution*: €150.00 and above (to support other Chanichimot and our work; may be made as a donation)

Everyone is welcome to take part in Hashomer Hatzair Ken Berlin’s activities, regardless of their financial circumstances. Registration & Deadlines

Registration deadline: 15 November 2026 or as soon as all places are filled.

The participation fee must be paid by bank transfer within 7 days of registration. Your place is only provisionally reserved until payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

If a registered child does not attend the Machane, the following cancellation fees apply:

For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the Machane: 25% of the participation fee
For cancellations between 14 and 29 days before the start: 50%
For cancellations less than 14 days before the start: 100%
The date on which the cancellation is received shall be decisive.
