Our highlight of the year is just around the corner! Registration ends on 15 June.
Summer is almost here and so is our Summer Machane 2025! From 19 to 29 August, we’ll be spending 10 great days at a beautiful campsite in the north of Berlin, surrounded by nature.
Look forward to team spirit, outdoor adventures, creative workshops, a classic Shomrim*ot atmosphere and cool evening programmes.
For children aged 8 to 9, we also offer the „Machanito“ from 19 to 24 August – a shorter version of the camp.

The activity year is almost over and we want to celebrate the beginning of summer with all of you! We are happy to continue the old-new tradition of a summer party for our whole community and all volunteers. The summer party will take place in Berlin-Friedrichshain (10245 Berlin) and is open to all registered chanichim*ot and their families as well as all chanichim*ot who have registered for the summer machane.

Upcoming activities
- 13-15 June – Summer camp preparation for Zevet and helpers (15+)
- 06. (Saturday) – Pride Peula for all Kvutzot (from 8 years)
- 27-29 June – Fun weekend for the Zevet (15+)
- 07. (Sunday) – Summer party, from 16:00! (0-99 years)
- 24-29 July – Hashomer Hatzair World Movement Seminar Hadracha & Veida in Austria, for Madrichimot (15+)
- 19-29 August – Sommermachane 2025!

Our workshop series for multipliers and interested parties is almost coming to an end! We invite you to a special screening of „Holding Liat“ in a cosy and friendly atmosphere in Berlin-Friedrichshain. The event will take place on Wednesday, 04 June at 18:00.

German-Israeli Voluntary Service (DIFD)
We are still looking for new (paid) volunteers for the German-Israeli Voluntary Service (DIFD), which starts in September*. The person will get to know us and support us in our work for a period of 12 months. Flight, visa and costs will be covered. Please share this call, the application deadline is 15 June! – https://www.hashomer-hatzair.de/2025/difd/
*The position is regularly filled every year in March and September. Send us your favourite cousin or niece 😉
