Shabbat-in-Kriegszeiten 20.-21.06.

Our thoughts and concerns are with the families in our community and all affected people by the further escalation of war.

Hashomer Hatzair is a movement that stands for peace and international solidarity (“Achvat Amim”), and we hope for calmer and more peaceful times.

This Friday & Saturday we warmly invite our community as well as Israelis currently stranded in Berlin to welcome Shabbat together in a cozy vibe, to find comfort in being with the community, in our center in Berlin-Friedrichshain (10243). The activities will take place in Hebrew & English.

On Friday 20.06. (all ages):

• From 16:00 – Games, activities & chill time,
  Fun for all ages! Toy corner for toddlers and games for older kids too, coffee and cake for adults, in our library room.
• At 18:00 – Hashomer-style secular Kabbalat Shabbat & shared dinner
• 20:00 finishing and cleaning up.

On Saturday 21.06., 13:00-15:00 (ages 11-14): games and fun, and space to be together.

Come connect, unwind, and welcome Shabbat with us.

This is a space for connection, support, and community. We wish to offer a safer space of dialogue and comfort, and ask you to respect this wish and come in peace. The exact address will be sent following the registration.
